Pendahuluan

Driver ini khusus untuk motor stepper 5 phasa penta connection (pentagon). Seperti AH*K-*5** series atau A*K-*5** series, atau motor stepper 5 phasa sejenis.

  • Motor stepper 5 phasa A4K-M564; 0.87VDC; 1.4 A/phase
  • Thermo Gun
  • Fan / kipas PC
  • Selama pengetesan
  • Tes menggunakan Fan/kipas. Untuk penambahan pendinginan.
  • DIites dan dapat berjalan normal sampe dengan suhu 98 derajat C
  • Dites selama 10 jam non stop (tes untuk menjalankan CNC).
  • V sense rata-rata di 2.8 Volt, sehingga I= 1.27 Ampere
  • Tiap kenaikan suhu, maka V sense akan menjadi naik pula.Vsense= 2.78 V pada suhu 42 derajat Celcius

    Hello Nastelroy,

    I’m searching since a long time for a 5 phases driver. I did tests based on this schematic (http://ravith.files.wordpress.com/2008/02/driver1.thumbnail.png), but I burned also some mosfets!

    I would like now to test your design. I have already a program written in C working well on a pic micro controller, and I would like to modify it for using the L298.
    Can you share your source code (if it is also written in c)? If not, can you send me a copy of the sequence table you used for driving the different inputs and enable pins of the L298?

    mas, saya juga mengunakan L298 untuk mengontrol motor stepper 5 fasa, masalahnya pergerakan motornya tidak maksimal saya pikir itu terlalu lambat untuk spek motor stepper yang saya gunakan., apa itu mungkin kekurangan dari penggunaan L298 untuk stepper?
    apa ada hubungannya dengan arus keluaran dari L298? ato mungkin masalahnya dari kodingan saya.,

    kalau boleh saya mau liat schematic driver punya mas yang diblog ini kurang jelas.,

      Mohon maaf sebelumnya, saya tidak menyertakan coding untuk driver tersebut. Sebagai informasi, sebenarnya banyak contoh code-code dalam c di internet, tinggal di search saja di google. Semoga berhasil dengan Tugas Akhirnya.

        Hi Nastelroy’s can you let me know your driver can run 80VDC PSU? I’m diy 5 phase driver and my driver can run with 24VDC PSU but i has problem with 60V. Thanks

        Hello,

        As you know L298 has VS that limited at 35V, so you cannot run with 60V PSU.
